Jan-Paul Theunissen holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the Technical University of Delft, Netherlands. His upbringing in an entrepreneurial family managing a hotel business lies at the basis for his focus on customer service and quality. Upon his graduation from university, Jan-Paul joined “The Gillette Company”. He initially focussed on “mass customization” for the European Supply Chain (reducing SKU proliferation and optimize product availability) and later moved on to marketing and finance related roles within SCM. As director of operations for the Swiss branch of another multinational, he assumed the responsibility for the day-to-day business of the entire Swiss network. Jan-Paul lives and works in Geneva, is a passionate cyclist and public speaker and an expert in Excel model making.
